My wife bought me a Xbox one X on fb marketplace, turned out not to be able to run X series games without crashing. I dropped it off and paid them the 60$ cleaning fee knowing per agreement I would still owe 70$ to them when picking it up after it was done. Well turns out they couldn't fix it because it had a bad GPU. They never charged the other 70$ apon picking it up. Plus both guys I delt with were really nice and super informitive.

Work was done fine and staff was friendly but unhappy about the online reservation system. First time it allowed me to make an appointment on a day they were closed. I ended up driving 40 minutes in bad weather for nothing. This time when I arrived I was told to wait a minute while they checked to see if they had the parts. If I have an appointment that req uired me to put in my phone info and issue silly me would assume the parts are on hand.

Repair was made but a smear shows up in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. It was not there when we dropped the computer off. The person who called to tell me the repair was done, told me about the smear and said he could give me a quote to fix it. Since it wasn't there when I dropped the computer off, I should not have to pay for the fix of that smear. After i got home to look at it, It is very noticeable.

STELLAR Service! My screen on my Lenovo laptop was broken. I took it to Best Buy, they said they would have to send it to KY for repair. The guys at uBreakifix, repaired it in house in just a few days. I dropped it off on Thursday and it was ready for pick up on Tuesday AM. - Excellent service and the communication was great. They kept me informed on the part and status. Can't recommend this business enough. If you have an issue, you can count on uBreakifix in Cranberry PA!

I had a great experience here. My iPhone battery was wearing down pretty good. I just stopped in with an appointment. He took care of me right away. Got my phone back that afternoon. It works perfect highly recommend them.
