Workers are friendly and helpful. People on the phone were friendly and helpful. Procedures on policies on getting a simple iphone repair for screen for iPhone 15 is horrendous (not sure why I am paying monthly) Don’t ever come in on 5pm pacific time to any location. (No supervisors are available in whole company for escalations only people that can take calls and take our money) Cancelling my monthly after this first time trying to get a simple IPhone 15 screen repair. Carlos Cortes Update: Again why is the customer needing to call to get a iPhone 15 screen repaired after paying the monthly subscription? Why is it that customer is in the building of one of the stores and they verify they have the part but unable to do the repair because if a mishap with the first initial claim that was put in by the workers themselves? I’ll head in the store again this weekend and try getting it repaired again and then canceling this is ridiculous.

Patricia was incredibly helpful helping me getting some rice out the charging port on my iPhone (don’t place your phone in rice) which was preventing it from charging, so awesome! This is the second time she has helped me! They are always so professional and efficient. If your phones not working right, bring it to youbreakifix and you will be good to go.
