CPR is very prompt and reliable. They offered me a few different solutions to my problem and did not try to upsell me for services I didn't need.

Fixed my issue.... but they installed 2 different remote desktop access programs on my computer and didn't remove them. Ethically suspect and potentially dangerous. Neither of the two programs have anything to do with diagnostics either.

Recommended replacing my computer due to age, but still charged a $70 diagnostic fee. Why did we run diagnostics if your recommendation was replace due to age? Asked about this and was just told “it’s part of our process”.

Took my laptop to CPR when it crashed after an update. Isaac and Justin were awesome and timely. They told me it wouldn't be done for a week and they got it done in less than 3 days. Kept up communication the whole time and were very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend their services.
