To be honest there are sooo many things that went wrong with my service I could write a 10 page review. 1- I was rescheduled due to not enough employees to do my job because it was a full service job, then told I wasn’t scheduled for the full bundle of services on the day they arrived. (Glass,frames,tracks,screens) then was told that indeed I was scheduled for the full bundle of services after researching the appt on their end 2-Technique is not professional (left smears on glass and left frames and tracks dirty) stickers were removed from the glass and put on the frames and left there, walked on my brand new carpet with wet/dirty shoes 3-The OWNER called me at work and was rude, condescending and confrontational with me because I had asked the Secretary questions about the quality of the work done and the things that were not done. Positives: the secretary was nice and helpful, she did give me a small discount for the cost of cleaning the screens. Will not , would not recommend their services due to poor result and because the owner was so rude.

Update: Ethan and Varo did an incredible job today! Seth and Spencer did such an incredible job on our windows! We moved in in 2021 and never had our windows professionally cleaned. I can’t get over how good they look. I’m a customer for life!
