Started the programme in February after having a baby and needing to get myself back into fitness. I never thought a PT would be something I would enjoy, but now I can't imagine not doing it! James has pushed me to try new work outs, and I now feel confident going back to the gym and working on my strength, whereas before I would always fall in to doing cardio. As well as the exercise aspect of it, James has been great with improving my knowledge of nutrition and now healthier choices are habit, and not something I have to think about as much. Started the programme 11 weeks ago and have met my initial goals. Was slightly skeptical working with a personal trainer was for me, but after the initial session all fears were allayed. Rob (my PT) balances sessions expertly, pushing me when he needs to but also holding me back when necessary as I’ve been carrying a long term injury that we work around and strengthen. Very happy with UP Liverpool, whole team are friendly and happy to chat at anytime. Flexibility works well for me in my job, and has never been an issue with Rob making sure we can still commit to all sessions. Highly recommended, and as proof, I’ve signed up for a further 12 weeks…

But what truly sets this place apart is my personal trainer Rob. His expertise, energy and genuine commitment to helping me reach my goals have made a huge difference in my fitness journey.
