It’s a shame their amateur boxing for beginners is at 6pm and if you late even 5 mins they don’t let you in nor do they refund now I got no issues with no refund however as someone who finishes work at 5:30 and they being 40ish minutes away…. It’s does makes sense, it would help if they had another time like 6:30pm onwards cause they are many people who really want to learn but to go arrive to the place that promise to teach just for one to tell you you can’t join is honestly unnecessary strict cause again this for beginners who ideally want community than PA zz just wasted potential for more groups sadly

Quite possibly one of the best boxing orientated gyms in the city, the trainers are all brilliant and will do everything they can to accomplish your goals and they explain the importance of everything you work on, whether that is footwork, bag work, combinations or just cardio, everything you do from the second a class starts is to help better you both physically and mentally.
