Needed my refrigerator replaced in mu RV. After speaking to them multiple times maling sure they were able to complete the job, they completely unprepared for the job I described to them in detail. I had to purchase equipment to help them do the job, though they said they had done it before and didn't need iy. Half way through the job, with one refrigerator out and the other waiting to be installed, they attempted to extort me by demanding more than double the cost. From $500 to $1200 because "it was much more than they expected". Again, this is half way through the job and it had been only 90 mins. Then they got the other refrigerator inside, and pretty much just put it in, and started screwing the window back in, when I mentioned if he had replaced the sealant, which I mentioned several times during our phone calls, and we were JUST AT HOME DEPOT, he didn't have any with him. At this point, I just wanted them out of my RV so I wouldn't get screwed anymore. Why am I writing this. Because I didn't want to cause a scene, or make an issue out if something that didn't need to happen. I ended up paying thrm $775, shaking there hands, and departing peacefully. But, based on my experience, it did not come close to the ALL 5 Star reviews they have. And if they have been that amazing, it sucks for me that I caught them on an off day. Again, this is my experience in my experience alone. I hope this review helps you be better informed of how to make sure that you are getting exactly you need when you request repair service from anyone.
