Alex was awesome. He arrived during the expected time, took 10 minutes to diagnose the problem, presented me with options, one of which i chose and he completed the repairs in the same visit. He is the repair person I always hoped for, like they used to be. I will absolutely call him again.

Shahlar was absolutely amazing across the board. He was timely, polite, and efficient. He came by the same day I put in a request to examine the issue and was back days later as soon as the parts came in. My washing machine had some deep issues that required him to take most of it apart. These unexpected issues caused him to have to order new parts and come back an extra time to fix. He did this with NO extra charge!! My machine is running like new and I couldn’t be happier.
My fridge was down for quite awhile. My first attempt at repairing it wasn't successful. In fact, I had to to reimburse from the first repair shop because the fridge had the same behavior, blowing hot air; until I have Ultrafix a call. Oleksander came and gave me a proper diagnosis. It turned out my fridge motherboard was fried, it needed a new one. My fridge has been going strong ever since the repair. So thank you for the great service.
Mike did a terrific job for us. He arrived promptly was courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. We appreciate the service he gave us so far. Our dishwasher is doing well.
