I’m very happy with United HVAC and Plumbing, and will recommend them to everyone; their work is excellent and their prices are very reasonable! Zak, their technician was fantastic; our water heater pilot light wasn’t working and I thought we needed a new water heater; Zak worked on it, fixed a loose connection and said it runs fine and doesn’t need replacing. The upstairs bathroom drain pipe was also leaking, and Zak did an excellent job in replacing it; Zak thanks for doing such amazing, wonderful job!
Tony came in check what's wrong, talked to my landlord and have the work approved. Went to Home depot and got what he needs, replaced the tank and done. Asked if I have any question and answered it and check the pressure of the system in house. That simple and how easy to work them with.
What a fantastic service organization United is. I experienced great customer service (both from the office and from the in-the-field pros), excellent skills (right tools, right procedures), and fair pricing. United's speedy and knowledgeable crew gets your home/business back up without a lot of stress and always ready to answer any questions. United replaced and updated my 70 year old sewer system within a few days and left my property not looking like a war zone even after moving five plus tons of dirt and rocks. Thank you, Sean and Djalil, from the S.J. office over on Koll Circle for the great plumbing work and a big thanks to Leo for the financing of the project. It's good to know that United also provides Electrical and HVAC services along with their great plumbing services.
