I spoke with Cris the counters person and reserved a drop trailer for Friday the sixth. I called on the fifth and spoke with Cris. He assured me that it was reserved. I told him I could give him a credit card to reserve it for pick up. He told me not necessary. He told me to wait till two to pick it up so that I can have it for Saturday at no extra charge I went at 2:15 to pick it up and had some guy from the back office. Come walking out and told me that it was reserved for him. I asked him when he reserved it. He looked at me and walked away didn’t say nothing then they informed me they had another one in San Leandro that I could go up there and pick it up if anybody knows to drive from San Jose to San Leandro on a Friday that is just crazy in a nutshell they didn’t give a caring thought for the customer. I guess I don’t spend enough money there, but they should be careful because enough small guys know a lot of big guys in reputation goes a long ways in this industry just a thought.
