Dr. Joliet and Karissa Walker are both amazing providers! So helpful with any questions or concerns we have had. They take their time to listen and are very caring. The front desk staff do a great job addressing you as soon as you walk in and are friendly and welcoming!
Dr. Joliet has been my oldest Dr. since he was 11 months old, and my youngest since birth. Both are high needs kiddos. She is very attentive and makes sure we have all the referrals and resources we need to help my kids thrive. She always asks about the other kiddo when she sees one, which I appreciate because I know she sees so many faces every day. She listens and brainstorms WITH parents for solutions. I have always and will continue to recommend her!
this has taking me some time to write i wish i could give zero stars dr juliet has made so much problem with my child . this has been 7 years in the making keep in mind my child went to her when she was a new born up to 6 months !! i took my child to her 3 times to tell her something was wrong and she had told me it’s just a cold take her home she will be fine ! the next morning my child look like death i had taken her to the clinic again to ask for a different dr and they had told me to take her straight to the hospital because she had a bad ear infection!! i rushed to the hospital and they had to do an emergency ear surgery because the ear infection was so bad it was on its way to the brain !! she stayed in the hospital for 2 weeks with 2 surgery! now 7 years latter my daughter has speech problems and continues to get tubes in her ears because of her poor judgment i do not recommend!
We chose Lakeview because of it's convenient location after our twins were born and it was one of the best choices we've made for them. Dr. Joliet has made sure our family has equipment through insurance and resources that we need to take care of our boys. We have now seen all but one of their providers and we have never had a bad experience. The blood lab has been amazing as well.
We’ve seen all the providers in this office and all are very knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Joliet is my favorite by far and never makes me feel hurried or inconvenient. Yes docs run late in every office but it’s usually because they are dealing with unforeseen issues. Be patient and kind. It’s not the closest doctor I could use but the kids and I love it.
