If you have a specific request you need to lay it out in detail and be proactive in communicating thoroughly because they won’t take the time to clarify. I said I liked tall flowers meaning I wanted a tall normal vase not a short squat vase. This is $150

Order never arrive and they claim it got delivered. Don't the deliver ever knock to make sure they got the right people? Obviously if someone order for that specific date, someone is home and is expecting it. So disappointed; this will be the first and last we will ever order from them.
