Well we go about every night now that the park season is over. They have alot to do for kids even big kids like myself can enjoy! The food prices aren't bad neither is the food. The staff is really nice! Especially Victor he's a very good team member!! We love this place!

Absolutely amazing experience. We purchased a membership because of the amazing price. We plan on coming a lot. The go karts are an amazing experience, and the rest of the park is great. Genuinely the most fun I have had in a while. Very clean restrooms and generally everything is tidy. Staff are great aswell. The people running go karts today (9/27/2025) were absolutely amazing. They ran it very smoothly. Make sure to sign the waiver before you get there to avoid waiting longer!

The customer service was terrible. They refused to help us at the register and insisted that we complete all our transactions online. The line for the food was incredibly long, and once we finally got our food, it was disgusting. We received fries, and there were literally seven of them. We will not be returning to this establishment, nor will any of my party members.

We have a membership, so check in was fairly easy. They do have you purchase there socks if you do not have there kind with the non stick. The staff was friendly although they seemed a little shirt handed, each member worked hard to accomplish more than one task at times like on the zio line and it was appreciated. Restroom were clean, free slice of pizza for the kids with membership and it was pretty good. Over all it was fun.

Enjoyable trip to Urban Air North Huntingdon. You have to choose a package and my kids still had a blast on the cheapest most limited option. You have to buy their trampoline socks. I like that gift cards are available - great gift idea for kids. We went on a weekday evening and practically had the place to ourselves. Staff was friendly and it the facility was clean.
