Marissa is kind, gentle, quick and thorough. She's friendly and always has good book/show/movie recommendations. The facility is always clean and the snack/drink selection is much appreciated!

AM did my wax today and I would rate 6 stars if I could! My first Brazilian and I was so nervous but AM was so amazing! They answered all of my questions and kept me laughing the whole time! Honestly can’t wait to go back! AM also did my brows while I was there, I have been to so many places for brows and this was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had!

Comfortable environment, great staff! I’ve been going to this location for years and it’s my favorite wax location. Riley is amazing! I appreciate how the team recommends quality skincare products but doesn't try to oversell. Also the candy, bubbly water, and mimosa offerings make clients feel appreciated. The M&Ms definitely ease my anxiety :) Everyone is friendly and the calm, private environment is on point!

10/10 experience here. Janelle is an absolute rockstar, incredibly knowledgeable and so clearly well versed in the world of waxing. Booked for a brazilian - turned out perfectly, no notes. She made time to fix some errors with a leg wax I had gotten elsewhere (from a student esthetician) who had left me with quite a few large patches of missed hair. The space itself is clean, well maintained and offers a wide range of appointment times. There is a small parking lot and the location was easy to find. Such an awesome space, amazing staff, and super convenient hours!

Friendly and clean. The tinting portion of the brow appointment was great. Technician made them as dark as I wanted and took the time to shape and trim my brow. The problem that I had was that the wax must have been too hot and burned my skin or the technician was too rough with plucking but it caused a small laceration on my lid that has now scabbed over. It is sensitive and causing some irritation. I have an event this weekend that I am disappointed to have this redness.
