Timely, clean, beautiful atmosphere. This spa has it all. My massage was 1 of the best I've had. I will be back for sure. Very professional employees also. The salt sauna was a great ending to the time spent there .
This is an absolute gem. I took my sisters here after reading the raving reviews as a holiday spa treat for them and I regret none of it. In fact, one of my big sisters who lives in the area is probably going to get a membership. As awkward as it might be to try and go to a spa in the mall, trust me when I say this place is worth it. It is so incredibly secluded and very comfortable. They had to keep the windows slightly see-through as part of the mall placement but when this place grows and gets enough clients out she's going to get her own studio somewhere. I just know it. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained and very comfortable and have all the supplies you need for Post service shower and to do your hair and lock your stuff. We got robes and flip-flops and were able to enjoy the wellness playground, which was a series of four anti-gravity chairs that have different services and get cleaned in between use. The infrared light therapy was very comfortable, but that pemf mat is something I'm going to have to get for my own house now. The little curtained area that you see in the video is where the infrared Halo salt sauna session is at, and it is much more comfortable than I thought it would be. I wish it was a little hotter, but I love my heat. I'm definitely a sauna girlie. My sisters both tried the compression treatment and one of them said she fell asleep and loved it so very much. Their products are also super gentle on the skin and this is saying something. I usually only use PCA skincare products because I'm so sensitive to most spa brands, but whatever the heck they sell. I got moisturizers and lip treatments for me and all of my sisters and we loved all of it. I'm still using the little circular pump moisturizer. It's great. Okay this was a lot of words to just say they did amazing! We loved it. I can't wait to go back!
Relaxation realized! We had a wonderful visit to Valo. We treated our mother to a facial while my sister and I did the Wellness Playground (PEMF mat and Halo infrared/salt). Mom said the facial was incredibly relaxing and I would personally like to live on a PEMF mat. The spa is serene and tranquil with incredible touches such as the staff making you tea upon arrival, luxurious robes and unwinding in the fireplace room while you await services. The whole experience is curated and personalized to you and Kelly has created a space for true healing relaxation. We can’t wait to come back!
I recently received a massage at VALO Wellness Spa that was a gift from a family member. It was my first time at this spa but I will be going back. It was a nice place that offers many services. It was pricier than I would have liked, but as stated above, this was a gift so I didn’t have to pay anything this time. I would go back but would have to save up a bit to do so. My therapist was great though and worked with me to help me with some stretches I can do to keep some areas from being so tight or problematic and painful. The entire spa is very peaceful and calm. The changing area/bathroom is nice and the robes and slippers you receive are a nice touch too. The waiting area with the fire element was nice and the orange/lemon water they provide is wonderful and refreshing. They have herbal teas if interested as well but I just had the water.
It was very calm, quiet & serene as soon as I walked in. The receptionist was super friendly & helpful. There is a nice, clean changing area. Then you sit and relax in the fireplace room. I had the Melt massage & loved the warm stones! I didn't mind the relaxing music, but I prefer ocean waves, personal preference. My massage therapist was awesome in trying get my knots out & very knowledgeable. I've been on day 2 of a headache, and she was able to locate where it was coming from & helped immensely. She even gave me stretches after to help my posture! Very relaxing. I would have also liked a bottle of water to go after my facial. Not a huge deal but still. Anyway, I will definitely be back. For a facial & massage next!!
