I popped in for a quick oil change before work. Between dropping kids off at school and hustling for the office, I knew the team at Valvoline would get my car in and out quickly. What I hadn’t expected was the amazing customer service. Not only did Eric do a great job on the oil change and systems check, Nicky brought an absolute light to my day. He was energetic, thoughtful, clear, concise, knowledgeable, and brought the absolute best flair of personal style to the experience. I cannot thank the team enough for turning a hustle of a task completion into an energizing and fun start to my work day.
I visited the valvoline Service Station on Scripps Summit Drive over the weekend.. Omar fasciltated throughout the service with Abraham and Lorenzo assisting. They were very professional, friendly, and very helpful— infoming me of the various services as they addressed them—oil change, air filter, rotated tires, checked fluids, even changing out my bright head beams that had burnt out! I so apppreciate qualified trustworthy service and they certainly were that!! Thank you Omar, Abraham and Lorenzo!! I will most certainly be returning to your station again!!😁
Speedy Service and Great Care! I had an amazing experience getting my oil changed at 10 AM on a Tuesday. There was no wait at all, and they were incredibly fast. Not only did they change my oil, but they also replaced a tail light and my air filter. Every staff member was super kind and courteous. Highly recommend!
