As the others said, I recommend to avoid this place. My wedding dinner dress which was $300 was clearly ruined. There are multiple mystery stains which wasn't there before(this dress was new and I brought it from the shop to here. So, this stain was made in here) the dress was perfectly shortened but this way to saw wasn't supposed to happen on this silky dress. Now it looks like an sportwear. And the biggest sadness is one of the shoulder thread was almost riped off. Again, this dress was new, it wasn't there. So, they did it. I paid for this shortening $60 and what I received is this sad dress. I really regret my decision and I don't know what to wear for my wedding dinner which is happening this week... Hope the owner saw this message and let us know what is your future plans so nobody felt like this.

AVOID - Terrible result. Took dress pants in to be shortened. Instead of a proper hidden seam, they did a flat sewn through seam like a pair of jeans. Dress pants ruined - look like sweatpants. Avoid this place

I have been taking clothes there for years. Service is always great. They do a great job with alterations. Their prices are very reasonable. I saved 2 quality men's suits by having them narrow the pant legs. We highly recommend them.

Had couple of pants hemmed with original stitch. Good customer service. The prices for downtown are very competitive/ reasonable compared to others in area! Service was fast, with a 24hr turn around in my case. I've recommended to all friends and family. Not sure why consider other locations in downtown. Downside: difficult to find. Underground Scotia tower. Hopefully they'll have signage soon!

Excellent service! They have a friendly staff that does an excellent job making my clothes feel more designer than how much I get it for. I would not go anywhere else because of their quality of service matched with reasonable prices.
