I’ve been a client for about a year now and I’m very happy with my experience so far. The office is welcoming and cozy, I’ve never had issues with insurance, and most importantly, my therapist is wonderful. I feel seen and heard and cared for, and have noticed an improvement in myself since starting therapy. I’m excited for continuing my personal growth with this lovely community.

I've been working with Dr. Holt-Reber for the last few months. I feel comfortable sharing my honest experiences with her because she is always friendly, compassionate, and understanding. She also replies quickly over email and communicates changes to her schedule well in advance of our appointments. The telehealth portal that Vantage Point utilizes rarely has issues, and I have always been able to comfortably attend my appointments from home. I strongly recommend this practice.

I have been going to individual and group therapy at Vantage Point for over 11 years and I'm continually impressed with the level of consistent care and professionalism I receive here. Everyone I've worked with here has been uniformly kind, compassionate, and dedicated, using their expertise to help me work through my mental health struggles. My therapist is amazing. I have been talking with her for years now. She really cares about my life, what I am going through, and always makes an effort to ensure I'm comfortable. Ignoring your mental health concerns is never a good idea. Much like your physical health, your mental health is crucial to a happy life. After my insurance changed at work i found i no longer had the same care team i had been with for several years. Finding a new therapist is always difficult. You never know what the person will be like or how you two will interact. Or if it will be helpful. Finding my therapist Shelley at Vantage Point has been a huge help for me in many ways. She is very kind and cares about her clients a lot. Psychotherapy is essentially talk therapy for people with varying issues and conditions. I recommend Vantage Point and the team that works there wholeheartedly.
