Ignoring your mental health concerns is never a good idea. Much like your physical health, your mental health is crucial to a happy life. After my insurance changed at work i found i no longer had the same care team i had been with for several years. Finding a new therapist is always difficult. You never know what the person will be like or how you two will interact. Or if it will be helpful. Finding my therapist Shelley at Vantage Point has been a huge help for me in many ways. She is very kind and cares about her clients a lot. Psychotherapy is essentially talk therapy for people with varying issues and conditions.
