A tale of two gyms. There is the concept of the gym that is as close to perfect for an indoor recreation facility in today's world as you can imagine. The concept that someone developed with love to help empower individuals to explore their physical bodies and an abundance of yoga to remind us we are all spiritual beings having a physical experience to have fun, grow and evolve! The gym had some of my favorite yoga instructors I have ever practiced yoga with. Then there is the corporate reality that VASA is. The place where mankind ruins all good ideas by emphasizing treating people as goods rather than souls, rule following, and profits above love and humanity. A place where while they have a lot of equipment and only half of it is clean and serviced at any given time. A place where the illusion of happiness and joy is far more important than the reality. Other than some front desk Nazis and one of the worst yoga instructors I have ever had (picture yoda meets soul food truck and gets too handsy with the adjustments) the staff was warm and helpful. It was a hard decision to choose to cancel my membership but choosing companies that align with love and freedom are a requirement for me! I know that the truth of the light of love with burn away and destroy all that does not meet, exceed, or extremely exceed the expectations of divine love! I wish you all the happiness and joy you choose to experience as you journey back into alignment with the light of love or burn out in a blaze of glory! Enjoy the ride which can not be stopped!

They are Forever doing "renovations" the Truth of it is they don't bother fixing anything, if you're handicapped don't bother going here, anything they have for you right down to a shower is broken and has been for MONTHS. I call EVERY WEEK and it's STILL BROKEN.

I usually dont leave reviews, If I leave them I usually mention good things. But I just have to write this review just so they can help me sooner. The fitness center is spacious, the studio sessions are great, the instructors are just awesome. But despite all that I still would have chosen a different fitness center which is more transparent in what they charge and are honest about it. The center claims a discount when I walked in said it was going to be 30 dollars per month, but that was not true they charges me 45dollars. They said the first month is going to be free and then followed by me paying for the second month which we agreed upon. Secondly they said the annual fee will be waived if I cancel in 3 weeks of starting the membership which was also not true I tried cancelling the membership but it charged me 110 dollars. I have been trying to contact the since atleast a month to look into these charges and I am yet to hear anything from them. They just say they are sending to corporate write some notes and then nothing. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR DISCOUNT RATES AND DO NOT BELIEVE WHATEVER THEY SAY ABOUT THE ANNUAL FEE BEING WAIVED. Please look into this issue as soon as possible!!

Excellent gym, lots of equipment on the huge cardio deck and a huge variety of machines and free weights. Place is massive too. Friendly staff. -EDIT after some time away dealing with injuries, i have started coming back to this gym. I counted at least 8 tagged out of order items on the cardio deck, as well as 2 untagged stationary bikes that sounded like nails on a chalkboard. various items on the cable systems have been broken for an extended period of time, and several ISO machines are out of order. the turf field and track sections are in horrible shape. they changed the hydro beds out for some decent massage chairs but they arent as good IMHO. last time we went there was a sign stating that the red light therapy, the tanning booth, and the hot tub were all out of order. hopefully this is just a temporary issue and they can get back to the gym i used to love going to. looks like all the other gym rats I used to see have moved on to somewhere else.
