Gym has a very good selection of equipment (with somewhat niche equipment like belt squat, 3D abduction, etc) in good condition. Update 5/9/2026: Equipment condition is deteriorating with ripped and cracked material on machines. I recently paid another fifty bucks as an annual maintenance fee like all members do in addition to monthly fees, please keep the equipment maintained! A nice thing that they do at this gym is actually clean the turf flooring. There is more than once I’ve been there and the turf was marked off due to cleaning. I really like yoga with Darrell! He gets five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for his classes!!! All the other yoga classes I’ve been to are pretty mid tho of course some are better than others. Also, please dial it back with making the instructors ask for reviews every class. Kinda ruins the vibe lol Locker rooms would benefit from paper towels and more frequent maintenance. I’ve lost count of the times the toilet paper has been empty. And without paper towels, it is hard to wipe off the dirty counter where the mirrors are to set my bag down, etc. Update 12/13/2025 Locker rooms are still poorly maintained. Counters and floors are dirty every time I go there.

Customer service was quick once I got hold of a representative. Was able to freeze my membership for 3 months for free thanks to Ricardo.

Tried cancelling for over a month on the app and it wouldn’t work also tried calling was on hold for an hour never heard from anyone or received a call back. Went in to the club they told me to cancel on the app which I had already tried and it still didn’t work so they gave me a number to call. Find out whoever signed me up at the front desk put my birthdate in as 01/01/1900 so it couldn’t even be possible to locate my account to cancel. Finally got a hold of a representative and they pretty much ignored the whole situation I was telling them about when it was their fault I couldn’t cancel and they didn’t even care to listen, ignored what I said, just wanted more money to cancel. People are just numbers here they don’t care about the customer experience at all. There’s been a drinking fountain broken for over a year, you have to wait 10-15 minutes or more to use equipment because it’s overcrowded by people talking and on their phones. Sauna is always packed and unavailable to use. See new people working up front all the time who don’t seem to be well trained or know what’s going on. The personal training department seems well ran they are professional and very nice whoever is in charge of that should get a raise. Appreciate a response, there was no misunderstanding on my part I knew there was a 30 day notice which was why I tried cancelling before May charges were due because I was out of town I tried cancelling at the end of March to avoid charges in May but your employees put the wrong information in which made it so I was unable to cancel on the app and when I tried calling I was on hold inevitably and never received a call back. Then when I was back in town I went in to the club to get it resolved and I get given the same number I had tried calling previously. Tried explaining what happened to the lady on the phone and she ignored what I was saying several times and didn’t even try to make it right just wanted to collect my money. At least listen to the customer and own the mistake instead of trying to make it seem like I didn’t understand the contract I signed. I’ve worked in the fitness industry for years and its experiences like this that give people a bad taste about signing up for a gym membership. Shouldn’t have to jump through so many hoops just to handle a simple membership cancellation then try to tell me that I misunderstood the cancellation process.

the gym is nice, the extras are nice but everything else is TRASH. the employees don't follow company policies and will tell you whatever sounds good for the situation. Employees will take personal calls and leave customers standing for 15 plus minutes instead of helping them with membership issues. Employees will make "adjustments" on the computer like what they did is real when it's not and say they're "making notes" when they're not. As for the customer service line... you've got a better chance of getting stuck by lightning twice on the same day then ever speaking to anyone... over all this was by far the WORST..
