I am so grateful for the care we received from Dr. Jackson and the staff at VCA Metroplex. My pup has cancer and was experiencing a sudden issue, and we couldn’t take her to our regular vet since it was the weekend. We received a very thorough exam as well as several medications to help her feel better quickly. Dr. Jackson also followed up with us directly the next day to check in. Thank you team!

I called and asked about dosing for allergies meds. My clinic was closed today due to it being the weekend. I love the one in Bedford so much and thought that this location would have similar values. I was wrong. The lady who answered the phone seemed to have an attitude. They would not help me, and I get that. They told me to call my vets office. When I told her that they are closed on weekends, she acted like she didn’t believe me. I know for sure they are, because my vet has told me . Just seems like they could have been nicer. Glad I go to the best location in Bedford, instead of whatever this is!!!! If they can’t even be nice for a phone call I can’t imagine how they treat their animal clients!!

I had the best experience with HANNAH Couple of nights ago. I called ahead to have my dog food ready. when I walked in she greeted me with a warm smile and had everything prepared. She took care of exactly what I needed and made the whole visit easy and pleasant. She has the perfect personality to work at a 24-hour veterinarian, kind, efficient, and incredibly welcoming. Highly recommend her!

This one of the best vet clinics in Dallas. They saved my pups life twice now and I couldn’t be more grateful. The staff is very knowledgeable and they have the resources and expertise to get your pet the help they need right there, without any delays. They also offer excellent medical boarding that really helped after my dogs surgery. Highly recommend!
