Even though my cat was in pain, I had a fantastic experience at VEG ER in St Pete on 4th St N. They were super kind, especially Dr Riddick, Katelyn, and Kevin...well really the whole staff! Very knowledgeable and gave me great advice to not have my cat come back into their ER. Male cats need a special urinary diet or else!

Had a middle of the night emergency and the doctor at the Dale Mabry location nearest me was in surgery so I was recommended to go over to the St Pete location. We received immediate attention. Dr. Riddick was very knowledgeable and caring. Our pup required overnight hospitalization. We had a clear plan of care and knew he was in good hands. Dr. Riddick called with an update in the morning before shift change. I also received text updates from the day shift until my dog was ready to be picked up. Discharge instructions were clear.
