I could live in this bike shop! Coffee wine and bikes! Bought my first mountain bike. Had to go with the Stump jumper. Can’t wait to get it out on trails and figure out what i like most and tune the crazy genie suspension. Aston and Mateo are the best staff ever. FULLY RECOMMEND!
Truly a great bike shop and atmosphere with great people. Looked for a local shop to ask a ton of questions to as a beginner looking to get into cycling. They have always been so nice, supportive, and inviting. Getting some repair done on a used bike I purchased. Also got a fitting with Josh that has already improved my rides. They also have a sweet coffee and liquor set up. So happy I get to start my cycling journey thanks to Velo!!
If I can give more than 5 stars I would. These guys are so good, so honest, so fast. They saved me from time to time. I am so blessed to live close to the beat best shop in DFW. Not every bike shop work on Canyon bikes, but they do. However, I won’t buy another Canyon bike because I want to buy my future bikes from them, a trusty local dealer for Cannondale and Specialized.
Got both of my giants from Cadence. Staff is really knowledgeable and will be able to get you on the right bike. Braden has done my maintenance on my bikes and I always leave more confident in the saddle than before. All my repairs have been done quickly and cost effectively! It’s why I keep coming back!
I dropped off my new Liv Intrigue E-bike to get Ride Wrap installed and it turned out to well! Ryan was able to apply the tailored fit on the frame and the covered fit to the fork. Looks amazing and so happy to have my new bike protected from scratches! All of the staff was so friendly and helpful.
