I can't believe I haven't written a Google review of my FAV natural food place in Sacramento! I have been a customer of Vibe (formerly Liquidology) for over a decade when we used to live a few blocks from the East Sac location. I still frequent Vibe even though we are a 15-20 min walk away now. The smoothies, food items and superfood bowls are ALWAYS delicious and consistent, no matter who prepares them. The food items are always fresh and tasty and I love how this business always updates the menu with new creations seasonally. They are also great at modifying items for kids who tend to have special requirements or requests (insert appreciative mom emoji here). The only area that could be improved a little is the staff vibe. Many of them don't seem to enjoy being in customer service. I know working in food service isn't glamorous and doesn't pay amazing but being on the front line is the most important job for a business because they represent the brand. Just an observation and I know the girls are young and probably in school while working part-time here. Other than that I hope that Vibe NEVER disappears, I love this business so much!

I love the city of trees smoothie but the food is not great. I ordered the turkey pesto on a spinach wrap and it was $13.50 and the tortilla was completely stale. I couldn’t even bite into parts of it it was hard as a rock and crusting into my lap. It grossed me out. I don’t love writing bad reviews but that was $13.50 down the drain.

The plant based nutburger is super tasty. I like to add BBQ sauce and the vegan cheddar. 🤌 I also like the cacao town smoothie. Or the peanut butter smoothie if im not getting a sandwich.

The chicken wrap was darn amazing! I also had the detox juice this morning and that was so refreshing! I forget to stop here. Pretty guilt free food.

Vibe Health Bar is a Sacramento staple with three brick-and-mortar locations. Their goal is to provide high-quality, health-focused foods and beverages, which includes their superfood bowls, smoothies, wraps, and sandwiches - there's truly something for everyone here! They also house Liquidology Organic Cold Pressed Juicery, which offers a variety of cold-pressed choices and shots for those looking for a pick-me-up. I've always been a fan of superfood/smoothie bowls, so I was definitely excited to give Vibe Health Bar a try. I asked which of the two bases (acai vs. pitaya) which was their more popular one, and they shared that it was the acai one without a doubt. I took their recommendation and went with an acai base topped with granola, banana, strawberry, and blueberry. I'm happy to share that I wasn't disappointed in the slightest. Their acai sorbet base was thick and bursting with flavor, while their fruit toppings were fresh and delicious, complementing the bowl just right. Their granola was also crispy and crunchy, providing the texture that acai bowls always need for a good mouthfeel (in my opinion at least). Although I can't attest to the other offerings on their menu, I have to say if their foods is as good as their acai bowl, then you definitely won't be disappointed! I for one will definitely be back in no time at all. If you're a fan of tasty, yet health-conscious food, then Vibe Health Bar is the place for you!
