We were looking for a specific style of Art Deco ring and had looked in other shops in the area without seeing what we set out to find. When we walked in we were met with wonderful staff with a great knowledge of the products they had and the style we were after. We found a beautiful unique ring that was even nicer than what we had expected to find and were able to pick it up a couple of days later after being resized.

Recently needed a repair to my wife's ring that had been cut off at hospital following an accident, everyone was extremely helpful and advised the best course of action which included a small modification to enable the ring to pass over her arthritic knuckle but not be a loose fit when fully on. They cleaned my engagement ring and straightened an old family ring which I am now the proud owner of. Even identified some family history that we weren’t aware of from the hallmark. My husband also had his Tudor watch repaired and whereas local jewellers quoted £100+ for the repair the owner at Victoria James was so knowledgeable that he fixed the watch and made sure it was available for our wedding (with only 2 weeks notice).
