This company charged me for a service I never authorized. I had already requested cancellation last month, yet they continued to charge my account without my consent. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, they have been unresponsive and are refusing to issue a refund. I strongly advise taking your business elsewhere save yourself the frustration and avoid paying for services you did not approve.

Vinx has been excellent at providing service, addressing our needs and providing us with information, especially after recently moving to Texas from a different state. The customer service is excellent and so is our technician Aubrie. Would always recommend Vinx to others!

Dave completed our pest service today at our house and he was fantastic! Quick and detail orientated. Vinx is one of the best pest control companies I’ve worked with for our home. Highly recommend.

Very professional and showed us even though we are living in a fairly new home. These home builders don’t always seal up the house especially in the garage areas. Rick is a great service tech and explained how the service is going and will continue to be there if we need anything else. I recommend that he is a 5 star ⭐️ technician.

David Helm was an absolute professional and happy to have him servicing our home. He was very cautious of spraying around the kids toys and areas our dog eats. Very knowledgeable and would recommend Vinx to anyone looking for a great exterminator.
