We trusted Joe to be fair and honest, and he absolutely was. When it came time to sell our condo, we didn’t hesitate to call him again. Excellent experience! We had a fantastic experience working with Joe. He was extremely knowledgeable about the local market. Preparation and staging of the house were expertly done. We had moved out of state prior to selling, and he went above and beyond in taking care of all of the details necessary to sell a home. Communication was excellent, which we greatly appreciated. We fully recommend working with him!

Requested termination of contract and copy of original contract as this realtor gave me a BLANK copy. He was pushy and utilized unethical tactics(pushed properties he represented for double commission instead of those I was interested in). Ignored request but proceeded to give unsolicited and condecending advice via text messages. Had to call broker emerge to request documents and he has still not provided them. Will be filing formal complaint with realtor association as I feel some articles of conduct have been breached. Please stay away.

Would highly recommend! We trusted Joe with the sale of our first home and he did not disappoint. His approach is very analytically driven, using objective metrics and figures to set proper expectations regarding where our home should be priced. He was very helpful in helping getting our home list-ready and it showed great. He was great at communicating with the buyer's agent through the contract period, leaving both sides happy with the end result. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for an agent to sell their home.
