It was ok
I went to Visit Plano, located in the Legacy West shopping center, to get tickets for the Crayola Experience. There was no wait, and the lady at the counter was polite and fast. She explained the terms, offered coloring books, and asked if I needed anything else. This location has a wealth of information about Plano. Highly recommend!
