I saw Brianne for several months and learned so much about how to take care of my body postpartum and during a new pregnancy. Brianne went out of her way to research my conditions and to teach me stretches and exercises that would help with my chronic pain. She even referred me to a physical therapist and talked with her to make sure none of the exercises we were doing would exacerbate my pain. Brianne goes the extra mile for her clients! Some of the other personal trainers there also helped me with equipment during my first few weeks. The facility is very clean and trainers and clients are respectful and kind.
I cannot say enough good about Volition fitness and specifically Coach Marlon at Volition. I have been training with Marlon since 2021 and have loved every moment I have spent absorbing knowledge and continuing to improve myself as a powerlifter with him. The degree of knowledge, patience, flexibility, and person-ability he displays with athletes is fantastic. Marlon has also shown to be very adaptable as I have a genetic disorder that effects my skeletal muscles as well as my nervous system, a challenge to lifting and making progress that he continues to attack and work around all the time. Even after four years he still continues to figure out new ways to make me a better version of myself and to continue making strides as a powerlifter pushing past my genetic condition, something I cannot appreciate enough as a client, as well as a characteristic that speaks volumes as a coach/trainer. Volition gym is also a fantastic gym with a great atmosphere and well kept space, that is welcoming to all types of lifters at all different levels from beginner to advanced. Volition is definitely a space to go if are just starting out as a lifter or if you want to upgrade your routine as a seasoned lifter
I've been working out with April at Volition Fitness for 6 months now and it is one of the best investments I've ever made. I actually enjoy getting my workouts done each week and I'm having fun seeing my strength improve week over week. Having April there to coach me along makes all the difference. I really appreciate her focus on building strength in the areas I need it most and it has definitely led to a reduction in my daily aches and pains. April has helped me build the confidence to push myself through her encouragement and reassurance that it is okay for it to be hard :) I visited several gyms prior to visiting Volition, April and the private atmosphere at Volition were by far the most impressive and welcoming. I really appreciate the focus on improving everyday life through weightlifting. The gym is kept so clean and I love that it is never crowded. I would absolutely encourage anyone thinking about it to start working out with April at Volition!
I’m in my 40s and had never done any kind of weight training before starting with Coach Carson at Volition Fitness. My sister and I began training with him about four months ago, and it’s been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our health and confidence.
