This was my first time getting my nails done so I was excited and maybe my expectations were too high but I’m disappointed. I showed two photos to the person doing my nails, one of the length/shape I wanted and one of the color I wanted. First she was drilling and ended up cutting my pinky and it started bleeding and she just continued, didn’t stop to ask if I was alright or wanted to clean it off, just kept going. I wanted something neutral and kinda transparent. She pointed out a dark brown and I pointed out a color that looked more like the photo I showed her. She painted my pinky and asked if that looked good. It looked like a peaches and cream kinda orange which is pretty but not what I had in mind so I asked her if there was maybe something not so bright, she got flustered and stormed off which surprised me. She seemed really nice and all smiles until I said that. Another lady showed me another color and it looked similar to the photo so I went with that. It’s not glossy and she finished my hands off with alcohol no lotion. I have glue all over my fingers. I don’t know. There’s more but these are my main complaints. I won’t be going back.
