All the staff should wear balaclavas in this place, should be called dick turpin’s jewelers. Awful attitude on a staff member ( young blonde girl) very inexperienced and needs to learn some customer service skills. Don’t waste your time asking these cow boys for an offer on your fine jewelry. Only interested in ripping off the vulnerable and elderly!

Never bought jewellery before but this is a gift for my granddaughter's 21st. Stunning set which she can wear separately. Gorgeous keepsakes for a non girlie girl. Very reasonably priced. So surprised. I know she will love them. If not, I shall Snapple the set. Thanks Catherine for your insight and pleasant service xxx

Excellent knowledgeable staff. Very helpful. Left bracelet in for repair and clean. Truthfully I hardly recognised it. It looks awesome now. Thanks to everyone at Edward's

Visited shop on two occasions to buy and to sell. All staff very polite and friendly. Very knowledgeable and really helpful. A jeweller's you can trust. First went there 48 years ago to buy an engagement ring. Returned to buy our wedding rings. Always a great service. Thankyou
