Took our dogs there 2 days ago for a 2 night stay! Our dog sitter backed out on us last minute before we left on a hockey tournament out of town. And wag it accepted our 2 dogs asap! We are so thankful and our dogs both enjoyed their stay there! Staff was amazing and so nice and welcoming and very friendly with pick up. We will definitely use their services again on our next trip out of town. Dogs were well cared for the whole time and were able to stay together the whole stay. Very accommodating!
I highly suggest Wag it! My anxious guy Jax hasn’t always liked kennels but every time he comes home from Wag it, he’s always his happy little self. All of the staff are amazing and they are always happy to help, even when I book on short notice! If I could give 100/100 stars i totally would! 💗💗
Wag It was recommended by our vet, and was pleased to find out they had space when booking despite it being late to do so (we had initially booked elsewhere). Our two Whippets, Penny and Oliver, and our cat Coco are not used to boarding and I did worry about leaving them anywhere - turns out that at Wag It, I did not need to worry at all! The daily photos and videos showed them happy and active, and we all appreciated that so very much. They are all home happy, healthy, and exhausted from their adventures at Wag It. Wagit Pet Haven is paws-down the best! Our big boy, Aggro, enjoyed a 27-day stay filled with love, care, and a bit of unexpected adventure on the last day(happy tail syndrome, who knew?). Abigail's quick thinking and prompt updates kept us in the loop, turning a potential worry into a testament to her dedication. She even aced Aggro's raw food diet with absolutely no issue, proving her commitment to tailoring care to each furry friend in her care! We also recommended a friend to Wag It as well and we heard they had a great time too! A heartfelt thanks for the exceptional service Abigail, Tristan and the rest of the team—we will for sure be back next time!
My standard Poodle loves her time at Wag it! Abigail and Tristan care for her like she is their own, and accomodate all her quirks and allergies. She has also been a client at the grooming salon since she was 12 weeks old! Wag it has been flexible in my last minute scheduling and changes....like a delayed flight! I highly recommend them. Thank you for loving my girl so much!
