When you guys 1st opened a few years ago I brought my jack Russel fox terrier puppy to get his nails cut lady cut his nails but didn't except a payment from me. I was shocked but still very thankful cause my dog's nails have always been a problem. I'm going to be bringing him in soon cause now he's much older and his nails are growing super long. I need them cut badly. He's much older now he will have a muzzle on cause he's old now grumpy dog.

While I cannot review their grooming quality itself, I can share my experience regarding a meet & greet. My pup is a good boy, but does not like for his nails to be trimmed and is reactive to the nail trimmer (which I informed the groomers of). The owner was still receptive, understanding, and willing to perform a fit assessment. During our meet and greet, the mother assessed my dog, was very sweet to him, and provided him treats. She offered to have her son trial the nail trimmer on my dog to assess his tolerance. Brandon did a great job of handling my dog, keeping my dog calm, and was even able to hold my dogs paws and demonstrate to me where the nail quick is on my dog for educational purposes so I can assess the nails myself. Everything was going smooth and it appeared that my dog was going to successfully pass the meet & greet, until my dog became reactive when Brandon went to use the nail drill on my dogs nail. My dog reacted poorly and went to bite his hand without warning. I was shocked and I think Brandon was too. In a situation like this, how people react and respond is everything. Brandon was so professional in his response. He, understandably, told me that he would not be able to accept my dog as a client, and explained that my dog did not give a warning sign, which indicates he is too reactive for safe handling in regards to his nails being trimmed. This facility does not use muzzles which is indicated on their website. I, obviously, apologized on behalf of my dog and completely understand my dog not being accepted as a client. The mother and son gave me some good advice on ways to manage my dogs nail trimming aversion and even some recommendations on how to improve my dogs dry skin. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a dog groomer! Do a meet and greet and see if it works out. The fact that they go as far as trialing a nail trimmer before accepting a dog, in my opinion, is so smart and demonstrates their focus on safety! If they don't accept your dog, its nothing personal... they just want to ensure their safety and your pups! Thanks for taking the time to assess my dog and responding so professionally!

Kristie and Brandon were amazing with our girl. Another groomer had made it, where she was terrified to get her nails trimmed. Brandon was so calm and knowledgeable about getting it done. They renewed my faith in dog groomers. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Also, they didn't judge her on her breed. That was huge, also. I'd recommend them to anyone, who wants a not good, but amazing groomer. Thank you again!

We have been with them for about 20ish years. Kristi has taken care of all our dogs some their entire lives. She and Brandon are like family. Will always be their customer
