The level of attention to details that the Waldorf gives should seriously be studied by any business that deals with people! Every time I stay I feel so cared for. Every access point is made sssoo easy! From check in to check out. Every request comes with a solution. I don’t think I’ve ever heard “we don’t do/offer that”. They always accommodate . Plus they go above a beyond with how they look after their clients. I will always recommend them!

The Waldorf Astoria is simply the Best of Buckhead. Our stay was so special and intimate thanks to their team. Thank you to Carlos for the warm welcome and his team's attentiveness. From the valet parking to the meeting spaces we were taken care of! Thank you, Waldorf Astoria Buckhead Family!

After reading the previous reviews and reflecting on my own experience, I’ve been a loyal customer for several years. Even though I rotate between a few spas, this one used to be in my top five. Unfortunately, after today, it has definitely fallen off that list. I recommended a friend to book here for her birthday, and I honestly regret that decision. The front staff has always been pleasant, but this time we were met with unnecessary attitude from the back staff, and we had no idea why it was directed toward us. It was uncomfortable and completely uncalled for. On my last visit, everyone received a complimentary glass of champagne. Now, we were told that only guests celebrating a birthday qualify for that, yet repeat customers and people who refer others don’t receive so much as a glass of rosé. What made it even more confusing is that guests in my party, who were not celebrating birthdays, still received a complimentary glass… even though I’m the one who referred everyone to the spa. The policy makes no sense and should definitely be reconsidered. To make matters worse, my friend never received the birthday cake they’re supposed to provide. The excuse was that “no one knew it was her birthday,” even though they call beforehand to confirm appointments. Asking whether a guest is celebrating something should absolutely be standard so the staff can prepare accordingly. Right now, it feels like “if you know, you know,” and if not, too bad. Overall, the customer service has declined, but the prices have not and that combination makes no sense. Unfortunately, I will not be spending any more money at this spa.

waited to write this review because they told me someone would call me today, but no one ever did. To start, the woman at the front desk was very kind when I booked, and she deserves recognition. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of the experience. The spa itself is extremely underwhelming. Nothing about the facility feels upscale or even well cared for. The photos of the pool area are incredibly misleading. They make it look like a beautiful, magazine worthy space, but in person it looks run down and poorly maintained. The moment you see it, the disappointment is obvious. My facial was also cut short by about ten minutes, which is unacceptable. If you pay for a fifty minute service, it should last fifty minutes. The esthetician mentioned the intake form we had to go through - which raises the question of why guests cannot fill it out ahead of time. She was already late picking me up from the relaxation room, and even after I told her I would change quickly, she took a full five minutes to return. We started the facial at 2:10 and ended at 2:50. It should have gone to the full hour. For a service that is supposed to feel relaxing and thorough, it felt rushed and incomplete. I also mentioned to the front desk associate that it was our eighth wedding anniversary and that I did not want my husband to hear anything negative about the experience. Despite that, she told him what was going on when he came out of the changing room. I found that incredibly unprofessional. The spa did not meet expectations in any way. They handed me a mask and said someone would follow up. No one did, and that alone speaks volumes. I would not recommend this place. The difference between the photos and the reality is significant, and based on other reviews, it seems they have a pattern of shortening services to squeeze in more appointments. The facial lacked a proper mask and did not include a real massage. Overall, it was a complete waste of time and money.

This was NOT a luxury spa at all!! . My massage therapist was awesome but atomosphere isn't luxury - it's dark and not even a window in site and didn't seem like a clean place. I wanted to treat my daughter to a nice luxury spa experience and this was NOT it! I was very disappointed. I booked the dry brush as an addition but I never got that service either. The sauna didn't heat up, the steam room didn't work properly. I do not recommend this place. This isn't what I would expect after paying $500+ for two people
