Lovely spot. Excellent coffee and pastries coupled with exemplary service. Staff had lots of smiles and were very helpful in answering questions. Plates and cups were whisked away gracefully as I was done with them. I just wish the pourovers had more affordable options. This one ran $27 and it’s not even the most expensive.

LOVE THE COFFEE!!!!! Perfect blend and the taste note was really standout. Pain au Chocolat was crispy and the chocolate inside is delicious. They have special blend during Christmas in the box for you to purchase. Also love the architecture and interior. The shop was really clean.

Hello 5th -Avenue WatchHouse team! I absolutely love your product- the exceptional flat whites and espresso, amazing pastries(esp the divine croissant, the perfect seasonal Madeleine, and the cookie- all incredible), and warm hospitality each time I visit makes it much than just a coffee shop. I genuinely look forward to coming here each day after work for a coffee and a moment to pause. I would like to give very special thanks to the entire team that works effortlessly hard to keep up the high quality work- Paul, Jay, Rocio, Johnny, Greg, Eva, Lucy, Alex, Ruby, Dana, August, and everyone else that I know I am forgetting. Beautiful and delicious café! The coffee is extremely good and the croissants are fresh and tasty. I ordered a cortado with skim milk and a chocolate croissant — both were excellent. The place is a bit small and gets crowded, but the staff manage everything very well, and I didn’t feel any inconvenience. Eli was very kind and professional with the orders. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely come back whenever I visit New York!

WatchHouse on 5th Ave is such a great spot! The coffee is excellent — rich, smooth, and perfectly made.
