The place itself is totally fine- clean, functional, and what you should expect from a hair removal chain in suburbia. This is my 2nd visit with Emily for a men’s full Brazilian wax. I’ve had this service performed dozens of times, all over the world, and I must say, Emily is beyond amazing. She has tons of experience, has been with the company for a long time, and is the perfect combination of friendly and clinical. I highly recommend.

Today was my first time and I saw Desiree. She was so pleasant to talk to and chatted with me to take my mind off of the pain. The establishment is very clean and professional. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
