This yoga studio truly has an amazing atmosphere! Every time I finish a class, I leave with a strong sense of health, positivity, and uplifted energy. What touched me most is the studio owner. I didn’t expect her to be someone who has gone through major life challenges, yet she always greets everyone with a warm smile. From her, and from this studio, I’ve gained not only physical well-being, but also a deep sense of joy and inspiration for the spirit.

I’ve been practicing at Wenyoga for over six months, and I truly love this studio. There’s a great variety of classes, teachers, and difficulty levels. I still remember my first class—I was too scared to even step onto the hammock—but the instructors here are incredibly kind and patient. They helped me overcome my fear step by step, and now I’m confidently challenging myself with more advanced aerial dance. For a calmer practice, Teacher Junting’s yoga classes are amazing—they help me unwind and find inner balance after a busy workday. If you’re looking for something more dynamic, I highly recommend their Aerial Yoga and Aerial Dance, which are rare to find in the Bay Area. With multiple instructors and levels, it’s easy to find what suits you best. It’s a fun, full-body workout, and I genuinely look forward to every class. Highly recommend this yoga studio!

I never knew there was a yoga studio in the Bay Area that offers therapeutic one-on-one yoga sessions. Every time after class, I sleep so well, and the tension in my shoulders and back stays released for the whole week. It truly feels like a lifesaving practice for someone like me who works long hours at a desk. My body is gradually becoming more flexible, and even my complexion looks much healthier. The studio itself is clean, serene, and filled with light — such a peaceful place to recharge.
