I joined SVNP in April of 2024, and in the 9 months or so that I've been part of the community, my experience has been absolutely fantastic! I went from 165 lbs and 29% body fat to a reasonably lean 143 lbs and 16% body fat, and couldn't have been happier with the results. For what it's worth, I've been working out for most of my adult life and have always watched what I eat, but I've never really been able to accomplish the transformation that I could bring about during my time with these awesome folks. And suffice to say, this wouldn't have been possible without their deep knowledge, subject matter expertise, scientific and data driven approach, and constant encouragement and support throughout the process! In my very first call with Del, I could tell he was a thorough professional who knew what he was talking about. Of the many fitness professionals I've spoken to, Del was probably the first who didn't criticize and instead appreciated my previous trainer, and was kind enough to acknowledge that they must be good at what they do as I had stuck with them for a while! I signed up right after, with Oscar as my trainer, and also opted for the nutrition guidance, with bi-weekly, 45 minute calls with Kevin. Oscar has been wonderful to work with - in our sessions, he always strikes the right balance between pushing me to my limits, but never too far to ever get an injury and regress in my regimen. I also appreciate how Oscar always closely watches my form, and always suggests minor tweaks and adjustments on how I can better engage my muscles and make more progress towards my goals, while always recognizing my hard work and progress, which can be very motivating. Oscar helped me steadily gain strength and hit new personal records on various exercises and made it feel easy! Kevin is undoubtedly one of the most knowledgeable folks when it comes to so many topics related to nutrition, exercise, and how they impact the body. He really took the time to understand my routine, my dietary preferences, and my goals, and created a diet plan that is perfectly tailored to my lifestyle. In all my sessions with him, he always shares a ton of very valuable information with me, taking care to break things down in a way that was easy to follow, without ever getting overwhelmed. He also shared some really good advice on supplements and what to watch out for when taking them, as well as keeping up with my diet and exercise routine when I'm traveling. What truly stands out is that Kevin's advice is very pragmatic - he ensures that he's giving guidance that isn't too rigid and easy enough to follow for the long term, and sets you up with the right structure and tools to continue to make progress on your goals even when you're outside of your typical routine. In addition to the support and encouragement, Del makes it a point to routinely check in and ask for metrics about any of my workouts outside of those with Oscar - I love the accountability that Del brings into the program while still never being too pushy or aggressive! It feels like having an entire team always rooting for my success and working with me towards my goals! I truly couldn't recommend SVNP more - these folks are undoubtedly the best in the business, and the multiple 5-star reviews and success stories all speak for themselves! But above all, they're truly a great set of people to work with, and I'm very thankful to have been part of the community. Keep up the good work, Del, Kevin and Oscar!
I signed up for SVNP without knowing much about personal training, and was lucky enough to be paired with Darya. I trained with Darya for four months and would highly recommend her. She is extremely knowledgeable about fitness and will help you reach your goals. She encourages lifestyle changes that are focused on consistency and she is incredibly motivating and supportive. She provided very valuable feedback during every session and made sure we were always making the most of our time together. Most importantly, Darya is kind and cares deeply for her clients. She is extremely professional, but she also became a friend. I truly can’t sing her praises enough. Darya is the best!
