Purchased an alarm from them when they were under a different ownership. Came in to have it installed, Nas was able to take care of the install for me at a discounted rate since they are under new ownership.

I searched for a decent shop to do some work after considering another shop I decided to come here glad I did, read the reviews but still gave them a chance and when I say they did a great job they definitely did the techs know what they doing and the sales guy knows what he is doing. Highly recommend.

This is the company that makes you not want to take your car in to a shop. I normally do my own work on my cars but didnt have time and wanted to get two of my cars done. All we were looking for was wireless carplay and android auto. I brought two cars a challenger and a sentra. Both cars had to go in 3 total times with the sentra ultimate being done by another shop since west coast is so incompetent. Both cars received bad stereos to start as well as poor installs. The challenger dash had to be replaced because they scratched it up. The tech told me wiring was done poorly (showed pictures) on Both cars. They said they'd upgrade them for free because the mistake. The challenger still had issues after and ended up needing a third visit to correct. The sentra got a random stereo put in that didnt have what we wanted and was noy what I was told was being put in. When I asked he said my bad. They tried telling me my phones weren't working and that's why wireless didnt work. I had to argue with him to get the box which clearly said it was wired only. They begged me to come back in and the manager would personally do it himself. "27 years of experience" when I tell you the stereo was poorly put in i mean one corner of the screen is under the dash. That's there best installer there in their own words. I asked to speak to an owner several times with no call back. Finally had an area manager call me back who told me they needed proof and don't really do refunds. Instead he wanted me to come in a 7th time to get it done. At that point I just had another local shop do it who had 0 issues and confirmed it wasn't just me being over the top. West coast car audio just isnt competent, their customer service is non existent and they just clearly don't care. It was evident they never once checked they stereos functionality before giving it back to me any of the times. Its just embarrassing for a company to charge this much and be so bad. All in wasted a bunch of time and money with this company to end up paying another company to correct their mistakes. The tint was good at least..
