These are reviews that I love to give. That's because the rating scale of 1-5 does not go high enough to correctly convey the results of our experience. We brought to Rick 4 out of 6 dining room chairs that we bought and that came in boxes needing "minor assembly" (yeah, right!). I put together the first two chairs and that was enough to convince me that I lacked the skills, time, tools, and patience to assemble the remaining 4 chairs and needed a "chair assembly rescue". Fortunately for me, Rick and his team provided the needed rescue, and we now have an amazing set of 6 dining room chairs to go with our recently remodeled kitchen/eating area. So hats off and a big shout out to West Coast Refinishing who not only produced an amazing set of dining room chairs for us, but probably saved our marriage! If you ever have any kind of furniture (with "furniture" being loosely defined to include anything wood and/or upholstered) that needs TLC all the way up to reassembly, contact West Coast Refinishing and turn the project over to them. And rest peacefully in the knowledge that you are in better hands than "you know who".
