My wife and I have received excellent service and advice from Joe, Laurie and the staff at West End for over 30 years. Among the many examples of this, two stick out. First, when we were starting our family, we needed additional life insurance, but due to then existing military reserve participation, we also needed a policy that did not have a war exclusion. Joe found excellent coverage that provided the needed protection. Another example was Joe's expertise with retirement planning and developing a plan that would perfectly dovetail with our family's membership in the state's teachers' retirement plan. His explanation of how things worked and insightful guidance enabled us to craft an optimal result. I began getting advice from Joe and his staff while working. My employer used West End Advisory to manage the retirement plan. Now retired I continue to count on Joe to provide guidance and advice. I am very concerned if my retirement funds will help me live the life I was used to while employed. Each year Joe shows me how where I stand, projects the future and gives me a estimate of how far my funds will go. The staff is efficient, detail oriented, friendly and knowledgeable. AND I especially enjoy the freshly baked chocolate chip cookies during my visit.
