We couldn’t be happier with Cooper’s daycare experience. He’s always thrilled to go and greet his friends, and it’s clear he’s well-loved and cared for. The added convenience of on-site grooming with George, who does an amazing job every time, makes it even better. Truly a fantastic place for our pup!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding doggy day care - everything your dog could possibly need and more! We were so impressed by the beautifully designed, well-thought-out facilities at West End Tails; right in the heart of central London. There are wonderful spaces for play and socialising, as well as an amazing library-style room full of sofas and soft lighting for calm rest time. Every detail has clearly been planned with the dogs’ comfort, enrichment, and happiness in mind. Our usually nervous dog, Bertie, was warmly welcomed and shown around for his orientation; he settled immediately, which speaks volumes! On his second visit just two days later, he was crying at the door to get in! The team’s care, professionalism, and genuine love for the dogs meant we were able to enjoy two evening shows in London completely stress-free, knowing Bertie was in the very best hands. Penny always has the most amazing time at West End Tails! With frequent updates I’m always so confident that she’s having the best time getting to play with other dogs all day! The staff at Tails are the best!

We absolutely love West End Tails and their wonderful groomer, George! Our Cavapoo, Nesquik, has had lots of grooms before, but George honestly gave him one of the best cuts he’s ever had. He was so kind and patient with him, and it really shows in how happy and relaxed Nesquik was afterwards. It’s also such a bonus being able to drop him off for doggy daycare at the same time — I know he’s not only being groomed, but also having fun playing and socialising during the day. The dogs are so well looked after by Jack, Susan and all the staff; it’s clear how much they genuinely care. By the time I pick him up, he looks amazing, has had a great time, and I feel totally reassured he’s been in the best hands. It’s a wonderful place, and I couldn’t recommend George and the whole West End Tails team enough!

We can’t recommend West End Tails enough! Our dog Dylan gets so excited when we tell him he’s going to “see his friends” and he’s always happy to see Jack and Susan! Their facilities are incredible and we feel reassured while he’s there with regular updates and pictures of his day. When we get him back he’s always a very happy and tired boy!
