Paws Galore managed to find a pet sitter for our dog Rucola in less than 24 hours. That gave my family the opportunity to enjoy the British Museum during a short vacation in gorgeous London. The administration did a truly amazing job, working outside of office hours and answering our emails when it would have been entirely understandable if it didn't. The pet-sitter himself, was punctual, reliable, friendly and extremely gentle. He bonded with our Rucola in no time and when we came back 4 hours later, we found a relaxed and happy puppy waiting for us. The price was reasonable and the payment options flexible. I strongly recommend Paws Galore to anyone who needs someone to take good care of our best friends while in London.

Found Paws Galore online and sent an inquiry for a 6 day dog sit. Everybody I interacted with over email was incredibly professional and a joy to work with including Kacey and Lizzie. They offered up Ayse as the sitter with an introductory meeting, after which I decided to book it! Ayse did a great job, she kept up my dog’s routine very well and sent a number of updates including many pictures. My dog seemed to have a great time and was definitely very comfortable around Ayse by the time I got back. Will be booking again, thank you Ayse and team!

In particular Brenda and Soraya are truly amazing cat sitters, going the extra mile with their dedication and love towards our cats. They send thoughtful daily updates, play with the cats and also keep our plants all nicely watered and alive while we’re away.

Great service from Kacey and the team in arranging dog sitting for Arlo and Indy at our hotel in London (shout out also to Montague on the Gardens). Lee our sitter was great arriving in good time to hand over our two Goldies and had no issue staying on later than planned when we had tube difficulties getting back from the O2. Highly recommend them.
