Met Matthew when our neighbor’s giant oak tree fell during a rainstorm. His team was quick and professional in removing the oak that was blocking multiple homes so I got a quote to trim the cypress that line our entire driveway (~30 in total). Gave me no pressure to book right away and when I reached out to schedule the trim, the communication was excellent. The team did an amazing job taming the overgrown cypress and was also very detailed in the clean up. We finally get some natural light and we couldn’t be happier with our experience with Matthew and his team. This is a family business that takes pride in their work and it shows through their work ethic and service driven care! I wanted to trim back the branches from a row of trees at the back of my house and remove a cherry tree that was tilting towards the house. They did a great job on the removal and cleanup. Matthew gave a detailed estimate and communicated well before and during the project. Overall a great experience.
Great experience with these guys! I called 10 different tree services, western was one of 3 out of 10 that actually answered their phones and arranged a time to come give us a quote. Out of the 3 companies that quoted us they were the most friendly, communicative, they offered a lower rate and more services included in their package than the other guys. It was a no brainer to go with them! (Extra services included cutting the logs up and chipping/removing the branches). Within an hour of their arrival they had knocked down our big tree (which was near a fence and garage and many other obstacles), chopped the logs into 16” chunks for fire wood in a neat pile, shredded all the branches, and cleared/trimmed back our cherry tree from hanging over the house wires, and swept and picked up all the mess. Super friendly. Super quick. Super careful (we had so many tricky elements to work around with the house and gates and wires and narrow driveway plus the telephone wires), super glad we hired them! Sounds like it’s been a family business for some time now and it’s very obvious these guys know what they’re doing in the trees.
Just had Western Washington Tree Service thin out dead branches on 3 huge fir trees. They were professional, kind and safe. Appreciate the family run business that offers affordable options. A joy to work with!
This was our first time using Western Washington Tree Service and we can highly recommend them. Matthew’s team did a great job removing an Alder and doing heavy limb removal on Maple and Cedar trees. The crew was prompt, efficient, safe, and polite and cleaned up the area once the work was completed. We will definitely be using them for any future tree work in our yard.
