the worker thought my car wasn’t as clean as it could be after the basic wash so they ran me through again with a high quality wash for free. super nice people they absolutely didnt need to do that but they did. definitely coming back thank u guys :)

Have had a membership here for a little over a month and really like the quality and speed of the car wash. The vacuums are decently good and the sprays for cleaning are pretty OK as well. What I don’t like about this place is that the provided towels are ALWAYS WET. I don’t understand. Do they not have a dryer? Do they not have enough and have to cut the dry cycle short? Do they think people want wet cloths? Please provide dry microfiber towels to your customers! Also much of my glossy interior is smeared I think because of their wet cloths. They need a better laundering service.

This car wash is expensive and does the very minimum. As Im pulling up to the vacuum area, the rags are all wet even the "clean" ones, cant even wipe the windows down because you dont know what is even on the towels. I asked to get my mats washed down and it seemed like they just sprayed water on it, and didnt even try to clean them or make it look decent. Thats with no customers, I imagine what its like when they are slammed pack.

This location was extremely backed up when I went, not sure what the staff were doing at the time. It was $30 for their top wash, which is $10 more than my other favorite car wash that does all similar stuff. This location also had a brush that wasn't working right and never touched the car, a long with another pushing back my mirror. I have a Honda civic, never had that problem at other car washes This place also does carry some cleaning sprays for windows and interior which is nice, but it's hard to find clean rags. It's not a bad place in a pinch, but definitely better locations.

Excellent customer service and quality service. I had a special situation requiring custom wash on my older vehicle. They were able to meet the requirements and adjusted the type of wash given but with the same top level outcome and without any added time to the normal length of time to washing my car (as if no custom adjustments were needed).
