I'm having a great time in the Mat Pilates class taught by Georgia at Whole Body Studio. The studio is friendly and welcoming. The mat class is in a mirrored room with a cushioned floor. You can borrow a mat, or bring your own. There are also classes with the pilates "machine," the reformer. The 45-minute mat class is just right for me, with a reasonable pace, and a lot of focus on core and leg strength, as well as balance. The only drawback to the studio is the very limited parking, so come early to get a space in the street out front, or one of the few spaces in the back/alley.
SO FUN! Parking can be tricky during a busy time of day. But classes are a blast and such a fun workout! Gorgeous studio with the warmest lighting, a great instructor, good music! Loved it
I really enjoy Whole Body Studios and particularly love Georgia's yoga classes! The studio is clean and calm, staff are always friendly and kind at check in. Georgia's yoga classes leave me feeling challenged but also relaxed. Her instruction is straightforward but also kind. It's a really lovely spot and I always feel better when I've gone!
Every instructor I have encountered has been excellent! I love the variety of classes, many options available to challenge you. I particularly appreciate the availability of all Pilates equipment - this is not something you find in every studio. Highly recommend!
I have been going to Whole Body for almost a year now and could not be more pleased! Every instructor I’ve had has been well-trained, professional, and brings their own unique style to class, making each session both engaging and challenging. The scheduling app is user-friendly and convenient, and parking has never been an issue! I first came to this studio because the owner, Dana, teaches classes at my university, and I’ve been hooked ever since. I plan to keep coming to Whole Body for as long as I’m in Denver. Huge thanks to Sadie, Georgia, Jen M., Jen R., Dana, Kendra, and all of the teachers for always creating such a welcoming, motivating, and supportive environment.
