We spent a whole day shopping for furniture around town, and we wish we would have just went straight to Williams & Kay. Their selection was modern and beautiful, just our taste. They had exactly what we needed. Joel was incredibly helpful and accommodating to our busy schedule, even offering to do some of the work over the phone as we were on a time crunch. Jerry Leon, Store manager in Anchorage was incredibly helpful. He greeted me shortly after walking in and let me know he was available whenever we needed him. He was never pushy only helpful and checked on us periodically to provide insights. Kathleen Squires, Design Consultant was so friendly and willing to help me get my paperwork taken care of. They have been incredibly accommodating and helpful and turned what I thought would be a long hunt for the right couch a ONE STOP shop journey!!! I highly recommend their business if you are looking for classy designs, durable materials that withstand time and expert advice served with great customer service! We came in to Williams and Kay just to “ look” for a new recliner. Kathleen met us and listened to our list of preferences. She showed us the PERFECT chair and then worked patiently with us to custom build two chairs over two different visits, even digging through a back room to find the perfect fabric sample. She even advised us of a Black Friday sale that we were able to take advantage of starting today, 11/10/25
