My laptop screen died on me in the middle of a work assignment. Paris had me set back up with a temporary display within a few hours so I could keep Working. Thank you for that and getting my laptop fixed so quickly! You were my angel this week.

Worked with Paris. He did a fantastic job. My issue was that the computer would freeze. I did diagnostics and tried to narrow it down to the component but could not tell if it was my hard drive, cpu, motherboard or all my ram. Turns out it was the motherboard and the stick of ram that i left in there (unlucky on my end). The diagnostics and repairs came to $140, motherboard $175 also paid $40 for a cleaning as it had been 4 years and was probably the reason my mother board cacked out. Total came out to $340 and It runs like brand new! Temps are way lower than it used to be (I think he has a better fan config than i did and he redid the thermal paste) He got me a better board than the one i had but was at retail price with no receipt and no warranty option. Gave 14 days to return if anything happened though. Overall super communicative, very personable and he threw in a 8 gig stick of ram. Seems like its a bit under the table so don't expect a receipt. Overall hes a very smart man with good customer service and excellent computer knowledge. Value for the price was there. Would recommend

Paris has been my go-to computer technician for several years, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his work. Whether it’s routine maintenance or more involved upgrades, the quality of his work is always outstanding. He’s fast, efficient, and incredibly friendly — a true professional in every sense. What really sets Paris apart is his responsiveness and communication. He’s always quick to reply and makes himself readily available when I need help. I never have to worry when something goes wrong with my computer — Paris is the only person I call. Highly recommend! If you have any IT needs, do yourself a favour and call Paris. You’ll be glad you did.
