We spent almost six years dreaming about remodeling our kitchen, and this year, we hired Wise Builders to handle it. We could not have been happier! The remodel included (among other things): taking the kitchen down to the studs/subfloor to check for damage, the removal of walls, the building of a pantry and additional storage closet between the kitchen and entryway, the replacement of a window, installation of new cabinets, countertops, flooring, fixtures, and lighting, the replacement of a standard water heater with a tankless water heater and water softener, and the installation of tile on a fireplace (dining room). They did this all while we continued to live in our house, and it was a good experience. They were courteous and kept dust in the rest of the house to a minimum. Michael G. (the project manager) as great to work with. We interviewed four companies, but Michael won the bid. From the beginning, I knew that I was in good hands, and he guided us through every decision and unexpected circumstance. His foremen (Carlos and Juan) and their team (including Roberto and Kevin) worked really hard to make our vision a reality. Shout out to Michelle as well, who designed the cabinet layout. We would definitely hire Wise again, and I'd recommend working with Wise (and especially Michael) to anyone. (The pictures with the brighter green and white cabinets and the fridge/shelving against the wall are from the old kitchen. The rest of the pictures are from after the remodel.)
My husband and I worked with Michael and Wise Builders on a two-stage remodel of our kitchen and bathrooms, and it was a really good experience. Michael was straightforward and transparent from the start, which put us at ease. Ivan and his crew were not only reliable but also really humble and kept everything clean. Plus, they managed to complete the project in a really reasonable timeframe that was two weeks faster than what we discussed initially. which we definitely appreciated. 🤩🙏 We really valued how they kept us in the loop and made the whole process feel manageable but not overwhelming for us. In the end, the kitchen and bathrooms turned out just how we wanted. We’d definitely recommend Michael, Ivan, and the Wise Builders team to anyone and are planning to use them again in the future!

I reached out to Wise Builders for an estimate on our guest bathroom remodel. Allen came out to assess the project. He was the most thorough of all the builders who came and gave proposals. Initially, I wasn't too keen on visiting the showroom, but once I did, it gave me much greater confidence in Wise Builders. The construction is almost complete, and so far my experience has been very positive. I've seen how stressful remodels and renovations can be, but Wise Builders handled all the challenging details for us--permitting, precise measurements, design specifics related to construction, and managing the workers. All my wife and I needed to do was the fun part --- collaborating with Wise's designer on selecting and refining the designs. The workers and foreman were friendly and professional, the workmanship is high quality, and the crew cleaned up at the end of each day. I would highly recommend considering Wise Builders for your remodeling project.
