As someone who works in the medical field, professionalism, respect, and de-escalation are non-negotiable. Unfortunately, my experience here was the complete opposite. The individual at the front desk, who claimed to be the owner, was hostile, aggressive, and highly unprofessional. When I calmly explained that his attitude and behavior were the reason I was taking my business elsewhere, he escalated the situation by swearing at me and behaving in an intimidating, threatening manner as I was leaving. This conduct is unacceptable in any setting, especially one serving the public. I do not recommend this business. Added a picture to show the correct business location

I’ve been coming to WL Wellness for about 5 years and highly recommend it. Dr. James is very patient and has unique methods that always help relieve my sports injuries. The clinic is clean, the front desk staff are super helpful, and they’re always friendly even if I have a last-minute cancellation (with no extra fees). Truly a great place for care — highly recommend!

I am so glad I found WL Wellness. My shoulder has been hurting, and I have not been able to move my left arm for more than 5 months. I went to see the Orthopedic doctor, got Cortisone shot, PRP shot, and ongoing physical therapy. Nothing has been helping much. I decided to try eastern medicine this time. It was amazing how quickly my body responded to the treatment. He knew exactly where the problems were and did acupuncture, cups, and deep massage. I can raise my arm up high after a few treatments. The office is clean and relaxing. They open late and weekends, and also take insurance, which is a huge plus!

I highly recommend James. I have been going to WL Wellness for 5+ years. He is professional, caring, and treats my back & shoulder pain, so I can get back to doing the things I enjoy. He speaks Chinese & English.
